Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center in Temple offers sleep services for children under 18 years of age, encompassing all chronic sleep problems. Initial consults with a board certified pediatric sleep specialist are provided within the Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Specialty Clinic in Temple, and outpatient sleep studies are offered in both the Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center and the Scott & White Medical Center Sleep Institute. Outreach Pediatric Sleep Clinics are offered in Waco, Killeen and Round Rock.
Our sleep team offers expert evaluation and individualized treatment to help your child get the sleep they need to better function throughout the day. Utilizing a full array of specialized services, the goal at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s is to alleviate symptoms, improve daily functioning and restore restful sleep to our patients.
Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s has a pediatric sleep lab equipped to perform sleep studies on all children under 18 years of age with special emphasis on younger children and children with medical needs.
Common Sleep Disorders diagnosed by the sleep specialists at the Sleep Clinic:

- Restless legs syndrome

Patients will need a referral from their primary care provider to make an appointment. After the first appointment in the Sleep Clinic, a sleep study is ordered if necessary.
